Positive: Keskeinen sijainti ja asunto riittävän kokoinen kahdelle hengelle.
Negative: Parveke oli todella pieni eikä sinne mahtunut kuin yksi henkilö kerrallaan, mutta meitä se ei haitannut kun emme oleskelleet parvekkeella.
